Getting Started for Individual Readers

It is very simple to get started in the Bible Reading Program. Here is all you need to do:

  1. Decide if you will use the New Living Translation Life Application Bible, and if so, obtain a copy if you do not already own one. The New Living Translation Life Application Bible is available in book or electronic format.  You may also connect to the New Living Translation Bible (without the Life Application Notes) by clicking on the Bible chapter displayed in the left-hand navigation column.
  2. Decide if you will journal your thoughts, questions, or noteworthy Bible verses while reading. Some people find that journaling becomes a roadmap through their spiritual journey, especially if dates are included.
  3. Decide what date you would like to begin reading and generate your personal Bible Reading Schedule.
  4. Be sure to select your delivery preferences with Word Way regarding your Bible Reading Schedule and Weekly Thoughts.
  5. Print your Bible Reading Schedule if you would like a hard copy. Some people find this useful. If you would prefer to keep track of your reading online, you can do that, too.

Click registration now to begin your reading program.  If you have already registered, you can find your complete Bible Reading Schedule under the "Personal Schedules" section in the left-hand column.
